Your Friendly Neighbourhood Personal Trainer
Hey, i am Ingrid. Previously a project management specialist, I became a full-time personal trainer and coach in 2019. Why you ask? Because i chose to follow my passion and love for wellness and fitness. I started my fitness journey over 10 years ago, through martial arts which was and still is my first love. Through being consistent and dedicating my time and energy to exercising, i have seen lots of changes and improvements both physically and mentally. My approach to life became much more positive and a lot happier.
My fitness and training programme is for anyone regardless of your age or whichever fitness level you are in. Let’s motivate and encourage each other to be the best versions of ourselves both physically, emotionally and mentally. I am your friendly neighbourhood personal trainer 🙂
