Bonjour my friends and welcome back! (did you notice i tried to sound French? haha, super!)
Today’s topic is absolutely brief but very interesting. Why am i writing this you may ask? Because my intention is to ask you the same concept of a question: WHY FITNESS?
We tend to forget the “why” during our fitness journey which eventually defines our fitness intentions in this case. It is important to understand the motive behind anything you indulge in and that includes your fitness and well-being. This will highly help you assess as to whether you believe in your fitness cause and goals especially in the long run, where your enthusiasm may drop a-bit if not drastically, and therefore you will have to click open your endurance box; which is a rare element of consideration for most.
As they say: Enthusiasm is common, endurance is rare.

Knowing the “why” will for sure make it much more meaningful and fun. This is what will keep you going on during your fitness journey, even on those days where you really don’t feel like it. Those days you actually feel like quitting, giving up or just being lazy in general.
When you find your reason to do it, you will feel that fire within you, the urge, the motivation and desire. When the “why” is clear, the “how” is easy.
As the story goes, discipline is the bridge between goals and accomplishments. Be your own inspiration. The difference between who you are and who you want to be is what you decide to do. Open the “why” door and the moment you find your “why” you will find yourself.
Find your “WHY,” find yourself.
The question remains: what is your why?

My why is to look sharp and to keep my body organs strong..
