Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness is worth the discomfort. I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people, and always love adapting my program to new clients.

Aside from being a personal trainer and coach, i have history with martial arts (Judo, Aikido, Taekwondo and Karate) from a very young age.

I am a dreamer, an action-minded human with so much love to give, goals to fulfil and most of all… a healthy lifestyle to inspire. Fitness to me is not just about gaining muscle, loosing weight and what not. It’s all about inner strength, general body health, a coping mechanism and equally a wellness GURU!

My vision is to inspire billions if not trillions of people to take this amazing journey with so much pride and love for a healthy lifestyle.
